Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Sensitive details encrypted

What happens if your server fails?
We restore. Your data is backed up continuously and off-site, encrypted, and we can recover it to any point in time — not just to the last nightly copy. We also rehearse the restore on a schedule, so recovery is a routine we've practised, not a hope.
Can another transport company on the platform see my data?
No — and it isn't a matter of trust. Every row is isolated by Postgres Row-Level Security, enforced by the database itself. Even a bug in the app fails closed: it returns nothing rather than another company's data. Automated isolation tests run on every release to keep it that way.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Mumbai, India. Your data does not leave the country — useful for your own compliance, and reassuring for customers who ask.
Who inside my company can see and change things?
You decide. Access is role-based, so each person sees only what their job needs. And every change to a voucher, LR, or master record is written to an audit trail with before-and-after values, so nothing moves silently and disputes are easy to settle.
Can I make sign-in more secure than just a password?
Yes — turn on two-factor authentication (2FA). After the password, the person enters a rolling 6-digit code from an authenticator app on their phone, so a leaked password alone is useless. Each user can switch it on themselves, or an admin can require it for the whole company. Everyone also gets one-time recovery codes, so a lost phone never locks anyone out, and an admin can reset a user's 2FA anytime.
