How long does onboarding take?
Most businesses are live within a day — we help set up your company, branches, and accounts, then you can start booking LRs immediately.
Do I need existing customer contracts to start?
Not at all. DigiTransito works for single-truck operators with no formal partners. Contracts and rate matrices are optional features you can add later.
Is data from one company visible to others?
Never. Every tenant is isolated at the database level using Postgres Row-Level Security. Your data is completely private and inaccessible to other companies on the platform.
Is it GST-compliant?
Yes — GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2A reconciliation are built in. IGST vs CGST+SGST is determined automatically based on branch and customer state.
