If nobody signs in for 21 days we pause the account — we email you at 7, 14 and 18 days first — and signing in brings it straight back, with everything in it, no request to us. If it then sits unused and is EMPTY, it is removed 30 days after the pause, with two more emails before that. An account holding real records — a posted voucher, an invoice you raised, an e-invoice — is never removed for inactivity, however long it sits. Nothing is deleted when you move down a plan. You simply choose which branches and users stay active — the rest are switched off (kept safe) and come back the moment you upgrade. Your vehicles are not affected: no plan limits how many you can have.

As many as you like, on every plan — including the free one. We do not price by fleet size, because the vehicle register is where your compliance dates, tyres, fuel and maintenance live, and charging for it would only teach you to leave trucks out. Plans are sized by branches and users instead.
